Websites
How long does a website project take?
A simple site (Basic package): usually 1–2 weeks. Larger projects (Medium, Enterprise) with customisations and integrations: 3–6 weeks, depending on scope.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress — after launch you get access to the panel and training. Editing text, images and pages doesn't require technical knowledge.
What's included in the price? Hosting and domain?
The implementation price covers design, setup and handover. Hosting and domain are billed separately — we can help you choose and configure them.
Online stores
How long does store implementation take?
A simple store (Starter package): usually 2–4 weeks. Larger projects with import and integrations: 6–12 weeks, depending on scope.
Do you support wholesaler import?
Yes. It's one of our specialities. We prepare imports from CSV/XML files or wholesaler API, with stock and price updates.
Can I expand the store later?
Yes. You can start with a smaller package and add integrations, wholesaler import or new features over time.
Working with us
What does the first contact and quote look like?
Describe your project (website, store, scope) — by email or the contact form. We'll reply with a package proposal and quote. After you accept, we agree a schedule and start implementation.
Do you work with clients from other countries?
Yes. We deliver projects in Polish and English. We quote in PLN (Poland) or USD (international clients) — as agreed.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Depending on the package, we can provide technical support, updates and optimisation. Details are agreed individually.
